Obtaining ABA Services
Below is a description of the process involved to obtain Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Step 1: Verification of Benefits
Please download and complete our intake form. After the intake form is completed by the parents/caregivers, we will contact the funding source in order to verify if applied behavior analysis service benefits are offered, and request approval to conduct an assessment (assessment authorization).

Step 2: assessment
Once the assessment authorization is provided, we will contact the family for a brief interview to determine appropriate assessment materials required and schedule an assessment date, location, and time at the family's convenience. The assessment will be conducted, and afterwards the results will be discussed with the family. The formal assessment will be completed and submitted to the funding source with a request for applied behavior analysis therapy.
Step 3: Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
Following approval for applied behavior analysis services from funding source, we will contact the family to discuss the approval and schedule applied behavior analysis therapy sessions.
