American Behavioral Consulting's SMS service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communications between individuals and American Behavioral Consulting personnel.

Message frequency varies. The number and frequency of messages you receive depend upon your interactions with American Behavioral Consulting and the communications necessary to respond to your inquiries or coordinate services.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. American Behavioral Consulting does not impose a separate charge for participating in SMS communications. However, your wireless carrier may charge message, data, or other fees according to your mobile service plan.

SMS delivery depends upon wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, Microsoft Teams, compatible devices, and other technologies outside American Behavioral Consulting's direct control. American Behavioral Consulting cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered, received, or reviewed immediately.
